All of Pop Pop's family went to the New Braunfel's river to float in "toobs" for Nanna and Aunt Emily's birthday. They got to ride on a yellow school bus to drop them off, and then they got in these "toobs" and floated down a river for a couple of hours. Then, they went back and did it all over again. They had so much fun. I wanted to go, but my mom wouldn't let me. Maybe next year, I can go with them. I like floating, and I even have my own float. This first picture is the entire group that went. They were taking a break and eating lunch after the first time down the river .
(I know that is not the correct spelling for "toobs",but that's how they spell it on their Koozie's.)
