Playday-8 months old

Me and my mom went to eat lunch at mamaws house today. Aunt Katie, Aunt Emily, Steven and Nanna came too. We had fun. I showed them how I'm scooting backwards when I'm on the floor. I'm going to start crawling soon. After we left mamaws, we went back to my house and played in my bouncer.

Nanna's and Aunt Emily's Birthday

All of Pop Pop's family went to the New Braunfel's river to float in "toobs" for Nanna and Aunt Emily's birthday. They got to ride on a yellow school bus to drop them off, and then they got in these "toobs" and floated down a river for a couple of hours. Then, they went back and did it all over again. They had so much fun. I wanted to go, but my mom wouldn't let me. Maybe next year, I can go with them. I like floating, and I even have my own float. This first picture is the entire group that went. They were taking a break and eating lunch after the first time down the river .
(I know that is not the correct spelling for "toobs",but that's how they spell it on their Koozie's.)

Pop pop's, Erin and Katie. I wish I could have gone. "I've never been to the river before". Aunt Katie taught me to say that.

4th of July Weekend at Nanna's House

Happy July 4th ! I spent the weekend at Nanna's house. We played "dress up". Check out my red sunglasses.

Nanna bought me this hat. She kept laughing at me today.

We went to Aunt Char's house to eat and watch fireworks. Aunt Jan made me this orange outfit and headband. Mamaw and Robbie snuck in the picture too.

Mamaw and Nanna took me swimming in Aunt Char's pool. That was fun.
